Think back to every diet you have ever started.

You went hard for three weeks, then hit a wall and had no idea what to change.

You ate the same four meals until you could not look at them anymore.

Your social life turned into something to avoid instead of enjoy.

And the weight you did lose slowly found its way back, until you were sitting right where you started, just more fed up about it.

If you are nodding along to all of that, the diet was never the problem. Nobody taught you how to run one.

That is what the next 6 weeks are for.

Just some of our Lean in 6 members, and what happens for those who keep going past 6 weeks

Every one of them started exactly where you are now. Imagine you started today. Where could you be in 6 weeks?

What you actually get

Six weeks working with me directly, alongside forty nine other people starting the same day. Men and women, all in it together.

Training built round your week

Two, three or four days, whichever you can genuinely commit to. Gym or home, both are written out for you.

Set to your experience, so you go from wandering the gym floor wondering if any of it is working, to knowing exactly what you are doing and why.

Nutrition targets that are yours

Your own calorie and macro targets, worked out for you, with no foods off limits. You keep eating the food you already like, we just get the numbers right.

We also do the harder work underneath it, the bit that stops you hitting the stuff it button on Friday and writing off the whole weekend. In control, without living on restriction.

A weekly check in with me

Me personally, every week. Not a junior coach you get handed off to, and not a copy and paste message.

You get a personal check in from me on what is working, what changes this week and why. Messaging access in between whenever something comes up.

Your waist to height number

Week one you get measured properly and you find out which of the three phases you are actually in.

From there you eat and train for that phase instead of following a plan written for somebody in a different one. This is the part almost nobody else does.

The WhatsApp group

Fifty people, men and women, all starting the same day and all in the same boat.

The group that tells you to get on with it when you cannot be bothered, and makes a proper noise the day your jeans start feeling loose or you get your first full push up.

A call at the end to sort out what happens next

We map out exactly how you hold onto it, so week seven is not a slow walk back to your old habits.

This is not a quick fix and it is not meant to be. The whole point is getting you off the treadmill of feeling like you are permanently on a diet.

Where the 6 weeks fits

Every client I coach moves through the same three phases. Knowing which one you are in is the difference between a diet and a plan.

01 Your 6 weeks starts here

Get healthy

Getting your waist under the healthy target for your height, and getting the five pillars running without you having to think about them.

This is where the fastest change happens and where most people feel the biggest difference.

02 Most people start this one too

Get lean

Past healthy and into the body you actually want. Slower, more precise, and it only works once phase 1 is solid.

Depending on your starting point, the 6 weeks either finishes phase 1 or gets you well into this one.

03 Where you head next

Reverse and maintain

Food comes back up, the weight stays down. This is the phase nobody teaches, which is exactly why the weight comes back for most people.

You will be shown how it works during the 6 weeks so you are not left guessing at the end of it.

In week one you get measured and told which phase you are in, what your waist target is, and roughly how long it takes to reach the next one. That timeline is worked out off your own measurements, not a guess.

Still not sure and have questions?

What results can I expect?

Most people lose somewhere between 3 and 10kg over the 6 weeks, or 3 to 10cm off the waist. Where you land depends on your starting point and how consistent you are.

Outside of the scale, expect to feel better in your clothes, know what to eat without overthinking it, get stronger in the gym and finally have some clarity that you are doing the right things.

What if I get sick or injured?

We work around it. Six weeks is long enough that something usually comes up, and knowing how to keep progress moving through a bad week is a skill worth more than the 6 weeks itself.

What if I have a weekend away or a big night on?

Good. Lean in 6 is built around real life, not around avoiding it.

Tell me it is coming and we plan for it so it costs you nothing.

Is there an age limit?

No. I have coached people well into their 60s to great results. Age is not a reason to sit this one out.

Do I get a meal plan?

No, and that is deliberate. We work off calories and macros with no foods off limits, so you keep eating the food you already like and we get the numbers right around it.

Meal plans work until the day you stop following them. Knowing your numbers is what you can still be doing in twelve months.

Do I need a gym?

There is a home version of every plan, so you can do this without one. That said, I would push you towards a gym. You get more to work with, you can add load properly as you get stronger, and that is what builds a physique rather than just making you smaller.

The good news is it does not take much. As little as two sessions a week is enough to get healthy and start building a body you are happy with, as long as those two sessions are the right ones.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You move into phase 3, reverse and maintain. Food comes back up, the weight stays down, and you are shown how to run that yourself.

And if you have not hit your goals yet, there will be a chance to keep working with me one to one after the 6 weeks.

How much time does it take?

A check in once a week, training on the days you already had free, and a few minutes a day logging food. That is the lot.

Why do you say it will save me money?

Because the takeaways, the mid week wines and the servo snacks add up fast. Most clients finish the 6 weeks having spent less than they normally would, and they are leaner for it.
